From the NASDAQ composite index chart at 2pm today (8/31), does September have a green beginning?
One of the interesting things that we can notice is that the Green component of Pink oscillator is not visible in this chart. It has reduced so much in magnitude today that Violet singularly dominates the Pink. And the Violet is turning up. The quirky behavior near zero line for the Blue was explained in this earlier blog about the summation of sine waves.

It'll be interesting to see when Green comes alive again. We can consider the oscillators to be clubs or groups of investors/traders who are like minded in their psychology and decision making.
